When will my order ship?


Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock.




What is Belkis Barajas Skincare's return policy?

Is a signature required for delivery?


Orders valued over $100 will automatically require a signature for delivery. Please contact us before or when you place the order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package.




How are damages and missing packages handled?


Once an order has left Belkis Barajas Skincare, it is in the care of USPS. Belkis Barajas Skincare is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS and their customer service department you can go online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.




What if I am not home when my package arrives?


If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise contact USPS services as soon is possible.
